The Hamilton County OVI Task Force will be running a DUI Checkpoint in Anderson Township on Beechmont Ave. near 8-Mile.
One on Beechmont near 8-mile and one in Butler County, on Ohio 63, near Yankee rd.
It will take place at the 9000 block of Plainfield Rd. Be safe and a call a cab.
There will be a DUI Checkpoint Tonight in Mt. Healthy on Hamilton Ave.
Tonight's DUI checkpoint will be located in the 7600 block of Colerain Avenue (US-27), and will be in operation from 9:30 PM to 1:30 AM.
Although not a probable cause case, DUI Checkpoints deal with a whole host of Constitutional Issues. Regardless, the Hamilton County OVI Task Force has announced the will be operating a DUI Checkpoint this Friday Night somewhere in Hamilton County. They typically do not release the exact location until the morning of the checkpoint.
